Chris Aronsen is the owner, certified trainer & consultant for Body Coach Personal Training.  He has 15 years of experience on the East & West Coasts.  He is also the Host for the Cable show "Body Coach Fitness", presently on Time Warner Cable, NYC as well as his previous cable show "Fitness Profile".  He has a strong back round in motivational & behavior techniques that work hand in hand with his clients reaching their goals.
